Shipping and Handling
Domestic Shipping:
Domestic Shipping includes all shipments to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Military bases on foreign soil are treated as domestic shipments with only a few exceptions. Shipments to military bases must be shipped via Priority Mail. Bases located outside the U.S. will require a customs declaration just as if it were being shipped to that country. Don't worry, we take care of all of that, but thought you should know.
All purchases are shipped as soon as possible once payment has been received. All in-stock items will ship within 1 business day and usually the same day when possible. We normally ship every day except Sunday and U.S. Holidays, so there is seldom a delay.
Some items require special handling or packaging and may require additional time to prepare. We try to make sure this information is listed with the merchandise, but if you are in question, please feel free to ask.
All purchases over $250.00 will be shipped Signature Required. All others will be shipped with Delivery Confirmation. In either case, a delivery confirmation or shipment number will be given to you so that you may check on your shipment. Please remember that Delivery Confirmation numbers are not always the same as tracking numbers and can sometimes be slow to get updated.
We reserve the right to ship directly from one of our partner warehouses if necessary or applicable. There will be no extra charge for this service and your products will still arrive in a timely manner.
You may request a different shipping method than those listed, but must be done prior to making a purchase and may be at an additional charge. Always best to ask first.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is normally limited to domestic shipping within the United States. If Free Shipping is offered, it means that we have included the cost of shipping this particular item or combination of items into the price of the item(s). The shipping method for free shipping will vary on availability as well as suitability for any particular item.

Shipping & Handling Charges
Unless free shipping is offered, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges as shown in the shipping calculator. Handling fees, if any, are included in the shipping quote. You will also be responsible for these charges if you select a faster or different shipping method. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to ask.
Please be sure to check the shipping cost and add it to the item price prior to bidding or purchasing. No one likes to be surprised by extra costs and not all items are offered with free shipping. This may be done in the checkout.
You may determine your shipping and handling charge by entering your country and in some cases, your zip code into shipping calculator in the shipping and handling section of the checkout. If you are logged in, this is usually already filled in. In most cases, you are given various shipping options. Cost is normally based on how far away you are and how fast you want it. If you need your purchase even faster or by a different method than listed, please contact us for a quote.
When requesting a quote, please allow a little time for us to prepare the quote. In some cases, it could take a couple of hours or even the next day.

Estimated Delivery Time
The keyword here is Estimated. Both the shipping calculator and our shipping quotes include an estimated delivery time based on the shipping method selected. The estimated delivery time is a best guess as to how long it will take to deliver your package once it has been shipped. This estimate does not include weekends, national holidays, disasters in the shipping or destination area, strikes or anything else that is outside of our control. For international buyers, this does not include the time to process the package through your country's customs office.

Special Notes for International Buyers:
Customs Fees, Import Duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), and any amount imposed by your country for the import of this item, is not included in the costs for this item. These costs, if any, are your responsibility as the importer to pay to the agency collecting them. We are not an agent of your country and therefore are not able or liable to collect them.
These fees or taxes vary greatly from country to country and they may also vary depending on type and cost of the item being imported. We will not falsify the shipping documents by indicating a lower value, type of item or marked as a gift.
You are the importer of the item you purchase and therefore responsible for any permits or restrictions imposed on this item. Please check with your local authorities to determine restrictions or additional costs for the import of these items. If trade with your county is suspended by either government, we will have no choice but to cancel the sale.
Sorry, but due to eBay and PayPal requirements, USPS Express International is the only shipping method offered outside of the USA, Canada, the UK and Australia. We will ship via Priority International upon request, but the shipment is not covered by any protection plan and will take longer for you to receive. Express Shipping costs a few dollars more, but you will receive your item much faster. Sometimes 2 to 3 times faster and usually with less problems going through customs.
We are sorry, but we only speak English and our transactions are performed in English and in U.S. Dollars. We will use translators like Babel fish when we have too, but these are not 100% accurate. If you cannot write in English, please write clearly and check your spelling. Your efforts will help us to determine what you are asking so we may respond correctly. |
