You will provide us information about yourself, your firm or company, and your practices when you register to be a member of certain My Junk Room areas, register for certain services,  register for email newsletters and alerts or make a purchase from My Junk Room.

This Contact information from the registration forms is used to ship purchases and  information about our company.  Customer contact information is used to get in touch with the customer when necessary.

Unique identifiers are collected from Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and will never be sold or traded  to anyone.

Any information you may enter into reviews, blogs or other areas where public input is allowed, may or may not be made public and becomes the property of My Junk Room.  My Junk Room may use this information as it sees fit without compensation to the original poster or author.

Credit Card or Payment Service Account Information

Credit cards and payment service information that you enter during a sale is not stored on our servers.  It is transmitted fully encrypted to the appropriate authority for verification and processing.  Credit card information is processed through Authorize.net  PayPal and similar services information is transmitted to their respective services encrypted as well.  Please note the lock symbol in your browser while entering information or going through check out.

Email Information.

If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.

How Do We Use the Information That You Provide to Us?

Broadly speaking, we use personal information for purposes of administering and expanding our business activities, providing customer service and making available other products and services to our customers and prospective customers. Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to our Web site, new services and special offers we think you will find valuable. Sharing Information with Third Parties

Certain contact information such as name and address and in some instances, phone number, may be shared with our warehousing partners, suppliers and delivery services in order to deliver your purchases or promotional material.
