Welcome to My Junk Room and Internet Yard SaleA little about us. (that is why you're here, right?) You may have noticed on your way in, the big sign that reads "The Mystic House Presents - My Junk Room and Internet Yard Sale". That's because we started our on-line presence with our first ever web site the Mystic House. We also began selling on eBay under the user ID of themystichouse. And now, like the sign says, we are proud to present to you - My Junk Room and Internet Yard Sale. We originally started selling a few things on eBay that we either didn't need, thought we could make a little extra cash on or just didn't have any idea what else to do with it. We were doing pretty well but grew tired of the constantly changing rules, fees and eBay management. With the fees that eBay was charging, we could no longer sell many of the items we had to offer at a fair price. Let's face it, who wants to spend $10 bucks on a $8 item just to cover eBay fees. That's when we decided to start our own web store where we could offer more stuff at reasonable prices (without all those nasty fees added in). Enough history, let's move on to now and the future. We still offer some items on eBay and we have also opened Ward's Gadgets for most of our new electronics and gadgets. We are also trading assistants on eBay and also list consignment itmes here on My Junk Room. Our goal is to offer decent used, and sometimes new, items at a reasonable price. Whether it be a discontinued computer part you've been looking for or an decent pair of used jeans or a part you were missing from an old game, it's possible you'll find it here. It is our intent to continue to increase the amount and diversity of items on this site, through our many yard sale expiditions, our consignment clients and of course, my junk room.
